A Resident visa is a PR visa, or Permanent Resident Visa, which allows you to travel to a nation, stay for a period of time, and then seek citizenship. In some countries, obtaining a PR visa eventually leads to citizenship.

Can we have a residence permit in two countries?
As a long-term resident in one EU country,  Yes You can stay in a second EU country for more than three months for purposes including work, study, or training if you apply for and are granted a residence permit in this second country.

What does residency status mean?

Someone’s residency in a particular place, especially in a country, is the fact that they live there or that they are officially allowed to live there.

Most non-EEA migrants will demonstrate their right to work through their Biometric Residence Permit and migrants permitted to work in the UK are strongly encouraged to collect their BRP before they start work.
